This device generates very specific frequencies of infrasound that vibrate the fluid in the eye and disrupt
the inner ear, causing those affected to feel uneasy and
see indistinct gray shapes that can easily be mistaken
for spirits or ghosts. Each device is the size of a deck of
cards and affects an area ten meters in radius.
