This appears to be a standard baseball cap, but it has a
pouch of lead powder sewn into the back. By gripping
the brim, the wearer can make it function as a sap. It
can be extremely difficult for an observer to determine
this is a weapon. A Perception (3) Test is required to
notice it is not a normal hat.
